Multi Layered Zirconia

MULTILAYERED SOLID ZIRCONIA

This zirconia fit delivers in both strength and aesthetic. If your patient has a very strong bite but is concerned about the aesthetic result then Multi-Layered Zirconia restoration is the right choice for them. With a strength ranging from 600 to 1200 MPa, this material has pre-built layers, mimicking the structural integrity of natural teeth. The aesthetic can be likened to the layers of dentine, incisal and translucency in the natural tooth. Consequently, the use of this material gives the final restoration the most natural appearance.

Indications: Suitable for single units, bridges, or full arch restorations

IMPLANT RESTORATIONS

Surgical Drill Guides

SURGICAL GUIDES

We design our precise surgical guides using 3Shape Implant Studio®. Whether you choose pilot or fully guided (drill sleeve), our services will provide you with peace of mind and reduced risk by pre-planning, to effortlessly streamline your next surgery.
Our Precise Surgical Guides will allow you to place the implant in a very specific, pre-planned position at the ideal depth, width and angulation to fit the required space. It helps to position an implant in the ideal location in the bone and in relation to the other teeth. Our technicians will work with you designing the final restoration digitally placing it in the most desirable position with help of CBCT scan data. All this happens before the surgery even starts. After you approve the CAD design we print the surgical guide for the specific implant system you have chosen for your patient. This will enable you to make the implant placement faster, easier and more predictable. All potential issues can be detected and corrected during the design process to avoid future complications
If you prefer to use pilot drill guides we can design and print them to your specifications. Please let us know your design requirements and we’ll do the rest.

SCREW RETAINED IMPLANT DENTURES

SCREW RETAINED IMPLANT DENTURES

FRICTION FIT ACRYLIC DENTURE ON IMPLANT BAR

The most sought after fixed restorations in the market. Renowned for their cutting edge technology. These friction fit implant bars are advantageous due to their user-friendly qualities, well supported denture anchor and excellent patient feedback.
We recommend friction fit implant bar retained dentures if your patient prefers to remove and clean the denture themselves as they would do with normal dentures. This choice also guarantees a well supported denture anchor within the oral cavity by means of friction between the bar and the retentive clips.

LOCATOR RETAINED DENTURE

Use of the implant locators is another way to ensure good retention and stability of the acrylic denture in the mouth. This system allows the patient to remove the denture for cleaning and easily clip it back in place.
This denture is at the height of innovative pivoting technology, treating up to 40° angle correction between implants and allowing for customizable levels of retention. These features mean this device has exceptional durability, resulting in high levels of patient satisfaction.

It is important to bear in mind that this finish is not suitable for gum fitted denture teeth or limited occlusal space.

We offer a comprehensive range of digitally produced crown and bridge materials, from the latest multi-layered zirconia, milled E.max and nanocomposites, to well established products that are tried and tested within our industry such as Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal (PFM) or full non-precious metal.
